“I’m feeling really happy; really happy to be here and to work in this great club and start doing my stuff on the pitch as soon as possible,” he told Liverpoolfc.com.
“I’m very ambitious, I come here to try to win everything, to try to push Ali from the first minute and to make us better.
“Obviously I want to win titles. I come here to fight for all the competitions. We have many competitions ahead – we’re going to fight for it and try to get them.
“I’m looking forward to playing my first game at Anfield and to win as many games as we can.”
The manager told Liverpoolfc.com: “I think this is the perfect solution for us in this moment, replacing talent and experience like for like.
“With Ali and Simon, I felt like we had two ‘No.1s’ and in many ways we have repeated that with Adrian. This is important.
“He is a ‘keeper who knows the Premier League, who has played in pressure situations and has the highest quality.
“They are big gloves to fill because Simon was such an outstanding professional and contributed to the group even when not in the starting XI. Everything we know about Adrian tells us he has the personal qualities to go with his clear playing talent to ensure this area of the team is not weakened.

dobio je nezahvalan zadatak odmah po dolasku, doslovno je imao tek nekoliko treninga s ekipom, ali nadam se da će ga sinoćnje "herojstvo" malo opustiti i dati dodatnog samopouzdanja. za svaki gol koji je primio pomislio sam "možda bi to alisson skinuo", ali eto, nije doveden da mu uzme jedinicu i znamo njegove mogućnosti. prva utakmica od prve minute i odmah europska medalja (kakva god! B-)), slijedi mu još nekoliko ligaških startova, a dobit će svakako svoje minute u kupu. lijepo je biti adrian ovih dana.

Meni u zadnje vrijeme brani stvarno dobro. Za opciju drugog golamana je jako dobar te ako tako nastavi po meni ćemo ga teško zadržati i dogodine.
Šta mislite dali je trenutno ta kvaliteta odraz dobro posložene obrane, pa bi i neki drugi golman dobro izgledao, ili je njegova, kakva takva, kvaliteta razlog da se donekle skriva neki privremeni propuh, tj greške koje nastaju u obrani?
